経営学における近年の話題の一つは、世界最新の理論であるダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論である。しかし、その内容はいまだ不明確で、日本ではよく理解されていない。そこで、ダイナミック・ケイパビリティ・ベースの戦経営論の内容を解明するために、関係資料を翻訳し、その結果を出版物として公表し、さらにその結果を研究会や講演などで、口頭発表した。より具体的には、以下のことを行った。

１．ダイナミック・ケイパビリティの創始者であるデイビット・ティース教授の主要な論文を選択し、論文集としてそれを翻訳し、本として出版した。 

２．ダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論に関する本を出版した。特に、この本では、ダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論とは何かを明らかにするとともに、これを日本の企業に応用し分析した。 

３．ダイナミック・ケイパビリティに関する研究成果を、学会や講演などでで口頭発表した。特に、ダイナミック・ケイパビリティとは何かを説明し、日本企業を復活させるためには、現在の日本企業にはダイナミック・ケイパビリティが必要であることを説明した。
One of the recent topics in business administration is dynamic capabilities-based theory, which researches in the world pay a lot of attention to. However, many researchers in Japan do not well understand the dynamic capbilities-based theory, and think that the strategic management is still unclear. Therefore, in order to clarify the content of the dynamic capabilities-based strategic management, I translated the important papers into Japanese, and then published as the translated book. Also I published a book and papers on dynamic capabilities-based strategic management, and gave power point presentation on dynamic capabilities at workshops and lectures. 

More specifically, I performed the following.

1. I selected key papers by Professor David Teece, who is the founder of Dynamic Capabilities, then translated them into Japanese, and published them as a book.

2. I Published a book on dynamic capabilities-based theory. In particular, this book clarified what dynamic capabilities -based theory was, and applied it to Japanese companies for analysis.

3. I gave power point presentation with research results on dynamic capabilities  at a variety of conferences and lectures. In particular, I explained what dynamic capabilities was and explained that current Japanese companies needed dynamic capabilities in order to revive Japanese companies.
