スペイン語圏で1920年前後に書かれた前衛詩に繰り返し現われる表現　rizar el rizo（スペイン語）あるいは loop the loop（英語）に着目し、それらの詩においてこの表現がどういう象徴的な意味を担っていたのかを考察した。もともと航空用語としてのloopとは、垂直宙返りのアクロバット飛行を指す。しかしスペイン語圏の前衛詩においてこの表現は、①前衛文学に賭ける決死の覚悟、②重力（＝伝統）に縛られない自由な創作態度と遊び心、③因習的な視点の顚覆、などを象徴的に表わすものとして用いられたことを、スペイン語圏の前衛文学を代表する詩人たちの作品に即して分析した。なお、スペインの詩人たちはrizar el rizoというスペイン語の表現を、ラテンアメリカの詩人たちはloop the loopという英語の表現を使う傾向があることも指摘した。
I analyzed Spanish and Latin American avant-garde poems around 1920 focusing mainly on the expression "rizar el rizo (Spanish) / loop the loop (English)". Originally "loop the loop" was an aeronautical term meaning "to perform the feat of circling in a vertical loop", succeeding for the first time in 1913. Some of the Spanish and Latin American avant-garde poets used this term to express symbolically; 1. Firm decision to undertake a difficult task of renewing poetry and his bold quality as an avant-garde poet, 2. Creative and playful spirit free of gravity (=tradition), 3. Perspective subversion in order to create an entirely new world.
Also I pointed out that Spanish poets preferred "rizar el rizo", while Latin American poets used to choose "loop the loop" (an interesting example of "anglicism" in Latin American countries).
