We are performing intensive observations with millimeter and submillimeter-wave telescopes toward an intermediate-mass black hole (IMBH) candidate CO-0.40-0.22* which has been discovered by our recent studies. We currently have not detected any time variation in the submillimeter-wave flux of CO-0.40-0.22* observed with ALMA. Its wide-band radio spectrum is consistent with that of self-absorbed synchrotron radiation, while thermal radiation from a protoplanetary disk can not be ruled out. Absence of X-ray counterpart, as well as the detection of a faint infrared source, confuses the situation. In parallel, we started the Galactic center survey in SiO J=2-1 line with the NRO 45m telescope. From this survey, including the previous CO and HCN surveys, several IMBH candidates have been detected. High spatial resolution imaging with ALMA showed that three of them have kinematics of rapid rotation, which indicates the presence of an IMBH at their centers. In addition, we discovered multiple expanding shells concentrated at a small area in the plane of the sky. This suggests the presence of massive cluster embedded in dense molecular material. Strangely enough, infrared enhancement is not apparent toward the shells, indicating the mysterious nature of yje cluster, which could consists of stellar remnants such as neutron stars and black holes.
