| Abstract |
総合政策という語からコミュニティという概念はあまり想起されないかもしれないが、コミュニティの概念もその政策も、分野横断的にアプローチされ、課題に対し規範的に意思決定されてきたという点できわめて総合政策的であるといえる。本稿では、この多義的な概念を確認しつつ日本のコミュニティ政策を振り返るとともに、近年ヒューマンサービスの諸領域で期待されている役割とその可能性、課題について考えてみたい。
