| Abstract |
ケアリングは理論家により、さまざまに定義されている。概念分析では、ケアリングにはケア提供者の知識・技・態度、環境が必要であり、ケアリングにより、人々に癒しや安寧がもたらされるだけでなく、ケア提供者にも癒しがもたらされ、ケアリング環境も創造されることが示唆された。本稿では、ケアリングの動向、定義、背景、研究などを概観した。
