| Abstract |
大都市郊外において、結びつきの希薄な高齢者が生きがいを持って暮らせる地域づくりや、個々の身体的・内面的な変化を受け止め、適切なサービス資源へと結びつける顔の見える関係性づくりを基礎としたコミュニティ・ケアの仕組みづくりが求められている。本研究は、こうしたケアの仕組みづくりを早くから実施する横浜市地域ケアプラザ地域交流事業に着目している。地域交流事業の課題をアンケート調査と地域構造分析から、現在の仕組み上の難点について地域構造の多様性に着目して示した。また、インタビュー調査を通じて改善策を検討し、論者は学び合いや当事者参加の場づくりへの支援を軸としたコミュニティ・ケアの仕組みづくりを提起する。
In metropolitan suburbs, it is necessary to restructure local communities to help the elderly live better, more fulfilling lives. Another requirement is the formation of a community care mechanism based on face-to-face relationships capable of connecting physical and mental changes in the elderly to adequate services. This study uses a questionnaire survey and residential structure analysis to focus on community services implemented by the Community Care Center in Yokohama and clarify the structural difficulties of implementation in terms of the diversity of residential structures. Based on the results of this study and interviews, we suggest building a community care mechanism based on mutual learning and participation of the individuals concerned.
