Abstract |
外来種管理問題は世界中で認知され, 生態系・農業被害軽減にかかる最重要課題である。他の資源管理と同様に, 外来種管理でも不確実性が存在し, それらを事前に考慮した管理戦略が求められている。本稿は, 外来種が翌期にどの程度増殖するか分からないとする「過程誤差」と政策決定者が現状の外来種個体数について不正確にしか把握できないとする「測定誤差」という二つの不確実性に着目し, 外来種の最適管理戦略について分析する。
As the invasive species management problem is recognized all over the world, this issue has indeed become important for the mitigation of ecosystem and agricultural damage.
As with management of other resources, uncertainty exists regarding invasive species management, requiring careful consideration in advance of management strategies.
This study analyzes an optimal management strategy on invasive species, focusing on two uncertainties: "process error," where it is not known to what degree invasive species will proliferate in the next period; and "measurement error," where policy decision makers can only inaccurately grasp the present population of invasive species.
