Abstract |
細胞凝集塊形成による未分化性獲得のメカニズムに迫ることを目的とした。マウス線維芽細胞凝集塊形成により, 未分化マーカーの上昇を認めた。しかしこれらは, 作成したクローンの中でバラツキがあり, 単一の細胞から分裂した線維芽細胞であっても, 細胞塊を形成する段階で, 周囲環境の違いにより, さまざまな未分化マーカーの発現の差異を生じることが判明した。
This study aimed to find out the mechanism of getting undifferentiated ability by making aggregates. In mouse fibroblasts, undifferentiated markers were upregulated by making aggregates. The levels of undifferentiated markers were, however, differs in between each clones. Surrounding conditions were thought to affect the expression levels of these undifferentiated markers.
