Abstract 
マインドフルネス認知療法(MBCT)の効果および費用対効果を, 無作為割付比較対照試験(RCT)で検証した。その結果, MBCTは, 不安障害患者の不安症状を対照群に比べて有意に改善することが明らかとなった(STAI-stateの群間差 : -10.1)。また費用対効果に関しては, 増分費用対効果費の点推定値が18,571,429円/QALYから37,142,857円/QALYであることが明らかとなった。今後は, 長期的な効果の検証等が必要になる。
We investigated the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT). MBCT has appeared to be effective for the improvement on anxiety symptoms compared to the controlled group (STAI-state mean difference : -10.1). With respect to cost effectiveness, the point estimate of incremental cost effectiveness ratio ranged between JPY 18,571,429/QALY and JPY 37,142,857/QALY. Evaluation on long-term effect is needed in future research.
