| Abstract |
「薬剤師による禁煙カウンセリング」の有効性を近赤外分光法(NIRS)を用いた「脳科学的アプローチ」により、客観的・科学的に評価するための基礎データの収集を目的に、(1)3種類の認知課題負荷時のNIRSによる脳血流測定での再現性の検討、(2)脳活動における喫煙及び短時間禁煙の影響に関する検討、を実施した。3課題のうち文字性言語流暢性課題が最も再現性が良く、我々の目的に適していた。本研究より、脳血流には血中ニコチン濃度により、禁煙時の渇望・離脱症状・喫煙衝動の影響が大きいことが示唆され、禁煙カウンセリングの効果の検討では、渇望・離脱症状・喫煙衝動の脳血流への影響を考慮する必要があると考えられた。
We conducted two studies of hemodynamic response in the brain to evaluate objectively and scientifically the efficacy of smoking cessation counseling by pharmacists. (1) the reproducibility of brain blood flow using a NIRS by three cognitive tasks, (2) the effect of smoking and short-term smoking cessation on brain blood flow.
We selected LFT for our study, because it showed the most sufficient result in reproducibility among three cognitive tasks. It was suggested that the change of brain blood flow was more significantly influenced by addiction, withdrawal symptoms, and urge at the smoking cessation than nicotine concentration in blood. It is necessary to consider the influence of addiction, withdrawal symptoms and urge, when we plan the study protocol to evaluate the efficacy of smoking cessation counseling by pharmacists.
