| Abstract |
生物多様性の減少は著しく、その将来について大きく懸念されている。生物多様性は多側面から取り組みが可能であるため、地域レベルおよび国際レベルでこうした保全システムを考える必要がある。本研究では、地域的な取り組みと国際的な取り組みで生物多様性保全システム全体に本質的な具体事例および国際条約の経済効果を考察することで、生物多様性保全システムをローカルとグローバルから多面的に捉え、生物多様性管理のあり方について統合的な政策的方向性を分析した。
Loss of biodiersity is rapid and there exists a great concern over the future level. Biodiversity policy can be addressed from many angles. Thus, we need to consider the conservation system in local and international level. This research studied: (1) conservation in local level as in Toyooka, Japan (2) conservation along international treaties such as CBD and CITES (3) economic and conservation effects of REDD. In particular, I demonstrated how benefit sharing arising from genetic resources should be between a developing country and a pharmaceutical conmapy in a developed country.
