Abstract 
レスベラトロールはポリフェノールの一種として知られている。我々はレスベラトロールの糖尿病網膜症に対する効果を解析した。糖尿病モデルマウスに対しレスベラトロールを7日間経口投与施行し、網膜への白血球接着数と炎症関連分子を評価した。白血球接着数と炎症関連分子はレスベラトロール投与群において有意に減少が認められた。今回のデータはレスベラトロールの抗炎症作用による糖尿病網膜症の抑制の可能性を示唆している。
