| Abstract |
シナプス構造長期維持機構の数理モデルを作成しシグナル伝達因子の新規合成を介したネットワーク遷移が長期記憶成立に重要という結果を得た。これにより経験則として知られていた繰り返し刺激による記憶長期化のメカニズムを推定できた。モデルの結果検証の為マイクロコンタクトプリンティング法によるin vivo環境を模した培養•刺激用デバイス、適切な刺激分配の為の電磁バルブ制御用電圧変換•信号分配用制御ボード、各種プログラムを開発し実験系制御に成功した。
