Abstract 
本研究課題では、疾病関連糖鎖を選択的に認識する低分子レセプターと特定波長の光照射下、標的糖鎖を光分解することで細胞機能を制御する新たな人工生体機能分子の創製研究を行い、結核菌糖鎖を選択的に認識し、光分解することで結核菌の増殖を制御する人工生体機能分子の創製を達成した。さらに、ガン転移に関与する糖鎖を認識する低分子レセプターの創製研究を行い、今後の人工生体機能分子の開発に向けた新たな指針を得た。
