Abstract 
近年全世界的に進行している死亡率低下は, 長寿リスクという新たなリスクを顕在化させている. 長寿リスクに対処する手段として, リバース・モーゲージ商品に関心が寄せられている. 本研究では, 死亡率や住宅価格といった複数のリスク要因に依存するリバース・モーゲージの評価を念頭に, 多変量ベイジアン・プライシングの方法を提案した. 提案した方法を我が国データに適用し, 我が国における本格的なリバース・モーゲージ制度の導入が可能かどうかを検討した.
