| Abstract |
医薬品研究開発効率の向上には, 技術イノベーションだけではなく, 社会的分業, 需要要因, 市場競争などの「制度イノベーション」が必要である。本研究は過去20年に世界で開発された医薬品800件の医薬品属性, 研究開発, 特許, 論文, 研究者, 企業等のデータを収集整理したデータ・ベースを作成し, 医薬品研究開発のプロジェクト・ヒストリー, 研究開発の社会的分業と技術革新とを数量化し, 医薬品研究開発の効率性低下の現状と原因に関する経済的分析を行った。
