Abstract 
社会におけるiPS細胞の受容に関して、2つの成果が得られた。1)実際に研究活動を行う研究者と、一般の市民(公衆)の間には大きな認識の差があるのではないかと考えられたが、実際には生殖細胞分化を行うという意識については若干の差異が認められたが、認識に大きな差はなかった。2)各研究機関がさまざまなwebサイトを設置し、広報活動を推進しているが、国内では情報のハブとなるような中心的なサイトは確認できなかった。
