Abstract 
上皮系悪性腫瘍は浸潤能・転移能を獲得する際、上皮性細胞としての性格を失い、間葉系細胞様に変化するEpithelial Mesenchymal Transition (EMT)という過程を経る。EMTの中でも中心的な役割を担うCD44とTNFα converting enzyme (TACE/ADAM17)がそもそも間葉系由来の悪性腫瘍である、原発性悪性骨・軟部腫瘍の浸潤能・転移能獲得においてどのように機能しているかに関して、その臨床検体を用いて解析を行った。
