| Abstract |
我々が作製した婦人科癌特異的ヒト抗体のHMOCC-1抗体は婦人科癌の中でも卵巣癌に対して抗腫瘍効果を示し、その認識糖鎖抗原は硫酸化糖鎖抗原であることが判明した。本抗体が特異的に認識する糖鎖抗原は婦人科癌では初めて報告される糖鎖構造であり、その抗原決定構造がSO3→3Galβ1→4GlcNAcβ1→3(+SO3→6)Galβ1→4GlcNAcβ1→であることを解明した。
