| Abstract |
機能性ディスペプシアの病態にグレリンが関与することを証明するため、胃排出障害ラットモデルをもちいて、グレリン動態、胃排出動態、グレリン受容体の発現、c-kit陽性細胞やコリン作働性神経を検討した。胃排出障害群では空腹時のグレリン分泌が上昇する一方で、GHS受容体のmRNA発現が上昇することがわかった。GHS受容体のプロモーターにメチル化の関与は証明できなかった。その一方で、本モデルにおいて、コリン作動性神経およびカハールの介在細胞のシグナル発現が活性化されたことから、グレリンが胃排出障害に対して代償的に胃運動を亢進させていることが示唆された。
