| Abstract |
本研究は、企業パフォーマンスの向上に貢献する企業の社会的責任(CSR)について調査した。具体的には、社会的な経営活動の誘因―CSR戦略―企業パフォーマンスのフレームワークを構築した。特に、そのフレームワークにおいて、CSRと企業パフォーマンスとの関係を規定する「リンキング・メカニズム」に注目した。分析の結果、CSR戦略や活動は、それ自体が企業パフォーマンスに影響するのではなく、リンキング・メカニズムの存在が両者の関係を規定していることを突き止めた。
