| Abstract |
新規骨格を有する抗酸化剤の創製を目指し、アスコルビン酸および脳保護薬エダラボンの活性発現部位と等価な構造を有する2,2'-pyridoin類、acyl-indanone類をデザイン・合成した。新規誘導体の多くは良好なラジカル消去活性を示した。一部は細胞内の酸化ストレス軽減効果とそれに伴う細胞の保護効果を有することから、基盤とした既存の活性化合物を上回る、高活性の抗酸化剤と成り得る。
