| Abstract |
本研究では、1,2-アンヒドロマンノースとボリン酸触媒を用いた立体選択的β-マンノシル化反応を開発した。次に、触媒をボリン酸からボロン酸へと変更することで、立体選択性だけでなく、グリコシル化反応における位置選択性も同時に制御可能にする新たなβ-マンノシル化反応の開発に成功した。さらに、これらの手法を用いることで、天然糖脂質を含む種々の有用糖質の効率的な合成を達成した。
Novel stereoselective beta-mannosylation using 1,2-anhydromannose donor and borinic acid catalyst was developed. In addition, regio- and stereoselective beta-mannosylation using boronic acid catalyst was also developed. Furthermore, these methods were successfully applied to the total synthesis of biologically active natural glycolipids.
