Abstract |
本研究成果は第1に、新興国におけるイノベーションを戦略形成プロセスから解明しようとしたことだ。第2に、日本企業のグローバル創発戦略から、戦略形成プロセスの内実としての経営資源の配分を解明し、内部組織のありようを示そうとしたことだ。第3に、二輪車産業を事例としながら日本企業の能力構築と新興国の市場・拠点でのイノベーションの発現について明らかにしようとしたことだ。
これら成果を踏まえ、学会等で報告を14回 (うち国際学会・会議8回) 行った。さらに報告を踏まえ、現在、英語論文を執筆中である。こうした報告を通じて、議論をより深め理論化を果たしつつあるとともに、研究成果の社会的還元を果たすことができた。
The main findings of this study are as follows. First, we tried to explain innovation in emerging countries from the strategy formation process. Second, we could recognize from the global emergent strategy of Japanese firms that strategy formation process, the allocation of management resources and organization ability mutually affect each other. Third, this study made it clear that the capability building of Japanese companies and the innovation of the markets and their subsidiaries in emerging countries through the case of the motorcycle industry.
Also we made a report 14 times at a society etc. (including 8 international conferences and meetings). Based on these presentations, we are currently writing English papers. Through these presentations, we deepened the argument and tried to build the theory. Furthermore, we were able to achieve social return of this study results.
