Abstract |
本研究は、幼児の日常活動や運動遊びなどにもみられる身体の複合的な調節を要する動作に着目し、調整力系動作の習熟度やその年齢変化、およびそれらの動作メカニズムとその発達的特性について明らかにすることを目的とした。4歳から6歳の幼児を対象に、ジャンプ、ホップ系の連続跳躍動作を課題として、それらの動作を観察的に評価した。その結果、動作の各要素について年齢に伴う顕著な習熟的変化がみられ、本研究で対象とした幼児期は、動的な姿勢制御や体肢の左右性を含んだ動作調整能力の変容過程にあることが明らかになった。
This study investigated the developmental changes in motor coordination in preschool children. Coordinated movements observed in children’s daily activities and play activities, such as hopping and jumping were specifically evaluated. Performing these rhythmic cyclic movements proficiently requires significant muscle strength, multi-limb coordination, and dynamic balance. We investigated preschoolers aged 4 - 6 years to determine proficiency levels in performing these movements, and also evaluated developmental characteristics. These movements were observationally evaluated based on certain criteria. Our results revealed that the rate of accomplishing these tasks was higher in older than in younger children and older girls showed more advanced performances. In conclusion, the preschool period should be considered the period during which children progress from the rudimentary to an intermediate level in movement coordination.
