Abstract |
生体の皮膚や臓器など凹凸を有する部位でも酸素センシングが可能な貼付型の酸素センサデバイスの開発を行った。酸素センサは酸素感受性色素を含むセンシング層、励起光源層、受光層の3層で構成した。酸素感受性色素をポリスチレンナノ粒子に封入することで、測定精度の向上に成功した。励起光源には電気化学発光を採用し、その電気的条件を決定した。校正実験から有効に酸素計測が可能であることを実証した。将来的には素子を高密度で配列することで酸素濃度の二次元イメージングへの応用が期待された。
We have developed a new oxygen sensor device that can be attached to the surface of curved skin and organs. The oxygen sensor consisted of three layers, a sensing layer containing an oxygen sensitive dye, an excitation light source layer, and a light receiving layer. By encapsulating oxygen sensitive dye in polystyrene nanoparticles, we succeeded in improving the measurement accuracy. We adopted electrochemiluminescence as the excitation light source and determined its electrical condition. The calibration experiment showed the possibility of measuring oxygen concentration with high sensitivity. In the future, by arranging the elements at high density, application to two-dimensional imaging of oxygen concentration is expected.
