| Abstract |
本研究では、最先端の情報技術および実証分析を通じ企業統治が、資産価格に与える影響について分析を行ったものである。本分析では、多様なステークホルダーを分析対象とし、企業統治が資産価格にもたらす影響の解明を試みた。分析の結果、企業間の関連性において中心的な役割を果たす企業をデータ分析を通じ特定できること、外国人株主比率と社外取締役に強い関連性があること等の興味深い結論を見出した。更に、ニューラル言語モデルを用い資産運用実務において最も広く用いられているニュースの一つであるロイターニュースを分析し、企業活動に関するニュースと資産価格に密接な関連性があることを見出した。
In this research, we analyze the influence of corporate governance on asset prices through information technology and empirical analysis. As a result of intensive analysis, we made findings that companies that play a central role in the relationship between companies can be identified through data analysis. We also found the strong relationship between the foreign shareholder ratio and the outside directors through empirical analysis. Furthermore, we analyzed Reuters News, which is one of the most widely used news in asset management practices using neural language models, and found that there is a close relationship between news about corporate activities and asset prices.
