Abstract 
造影CTや造影MRIを施行できない患者に対して、造影超音波検査により腎腫瘤を評価したところ、造影超音波検査は腎細胞癌の血流評価に有用であった。
嫌色素性腎細胞癌に対して造影超音波所見とダイナミックCT所見を比較した。超音波用造影剤はCT用造影剤と特性が異なるため、造影超音波検査での造影パターンはダイナミックCTのそれと乖離した。
透析患者に発生する腎細胞癌の造影超音波検査とCTの診断能を比較した。造影超音波検査の正診率はCTのそれを有意に上回り、造影超音波検査の造影感度はCTより優れていることが確認できた。また単純CTしか施行できなかった病変に対しても、造影超音波検査は有用であった。
We evaluated the renal masses using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography  (CE US)  in patients who could not undergo contrast-enhanced CT  (CE CT)  or contrast-enhanced MRI. CE US was useful for blood-flow evaluation of renal cell carcinoma  (RCC).
We compared the findings of CE US and dynamic CT for chromophobe RCC. Since the contrast agent for US differs from that for CT, the characteristic contrast pattern of CE US was different from that of dynamic CT.
We compared the diagnostic performance of CE US and CT for the diagnosis of RCC in dialysis patients. The accuracy of CE US was significantly greater than that of CT, and the contrast sensitivity of CE US was superior to that of CT. CE US was also useful when CE CT could not be performed.
