| Abstract |
本研究は, 中国政治を形づくっている政治制度に注目し, 中国共産党による一党支配を成り立たせ, また変容させてきた要因を検討した。中国共産党支配を支える制度を(1)「包容と強制」の制度(民主的制度と刑事司法制度), (2)「エリート政治」を形づくる制度(集団領導制, 領導小組, 幹部選抜任用制度), (3)中央地方関係と経済を形づくる制度(北京・香港関係, 分散的権威主義体制下における経済制度)に腑分けし, 各制度がどの様に形成され持続し, 変化してきたのかを「歴史的制度論」の分析枠組みをふまえて論じた。本研究の成果は『現代中国の政治制度 : 時間の政治と共産党支配』(慶應義塾大学出版会, 2018年)として出版した。
This study looks at the various political institutions that form Chinese politics and attempts to examine the factors that comprise one-party rule by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and those that have transformed it. In taking the approach described above, this study dissects the institutions that supports the rule of the CCP into : 1. the institutions of "co-optation and coercion" (democratic institutions and criminal justice institutions), 2. the institutions that form "elite governance" 3. the relationship between the center and the regions, and the institutions that form the economy. Each institution is examined for how it is made up, has been maintained, and has transformed. The results of this study were published as China's Political System : The Politics in Time and Communist Party Rule (in Japanese), from Keio University Press, at 2018.
