Abstract 
本研究は, 現代の企業環境を前提とした新たなマネジメント・コントロールのフレームワークを今後検討するにあたり, その前提としてマネジメント・コントロールに欠かせない要素は何かについて検討する。まずAnthony(1965)を出発点として, その後のマネジメント・コントロールのフレームワークを提示した代表する研究を取り上げ, その目的, 対象, 定義, 要素そしてその関係性について, フレームワークの特徴とともに整理した。その後, 各要素のプロセスを意識することが重要であることから, これを重視したすでに提示されているフレームワークの一例を再提示し, 今後の課題を提示する。
