| Abstract |
日本企業の経営管理の形骸化とも受け止められかねない状況下, 管理会計研究分野では, 組織に生じる様々な無理やひずみを創造的に解消しようとするダイナミック・テンションに関する研究が展開されている。そこで, 本研究の目的は, 管理会計によるテンション・マネジメント研究の展開を概観し, そうした社会問題に対する処方箋について検討してみたい。
Some people have pointed out that management of Japanese companies losing their substance. In management accounting research field, the researches related to dynamic tension that attempt to creatively eliminate various strains occurring in an organization have developed. This study aims to examine a prescription for their social problems through reviewing management accounting articles related to tension management.
