Abstract 
本稿では，中小企業を対象に，メインバンクに関して詳細な項目を調査したアンケート調査のミクロデータを用いて，メインバンクと企業をマッチング，メインバンクの中小企業向け貸出金利の決定要因について分析している。金融庁による銀行への不良債権比率圧縮圧力の強かった2002年，2003年のデータを用いたところ，不良債権比率の高い銀行ほど金利を高く設定することがわかった。分析では銀行側，企業側，企業と銀行の間のリレーションシップに関する要因を包括的に考慮しており，メインバンク金利の設定方法を明らかにしている。
