今日の企業環境の急激な変化のもとで,日本の企業は今や1つの転機を迎えている。経済の情報化と企業活動のグローバル化が進むなかで,かつての高度な経済成長と企業成長を支えてきた要因が変化してきていると考えられるからである。こうした過程で,経営者の企業観にも変化が生じており,市場指向的・合理主義的で株主重視の経営への転換が叫ばれるに至っている。本稿は,こうした企業観の変容の背景と要因について検討を加え,併せて今後の企業システム再構築の視点について若干の考察を行っていこうとするものである。そのため,以下,企業の基本
