Abstract
In the past, sports for the disabled were a part of rehabilitation programs. Later, the programs were adopted lifetime sports. And then, the sport activities for them have been growing as some international athletics events without just rehabilitation and lifetime sports. So the Paralympics, as the Olympic, is typical of the international sports event for disabled. And now, sport is for all. Anyone can take part in the sport activities irrespective of age or sex or disabled. All people enjoy playing sports at anytime and anywhere. However it is hard for everyone to share the space of activity and guidance. It is very important to adjust the sports environment in consideration of safety. It has a viewpoint of Barrier Free that anyone plays sports without constraints.
In this paper, there are some questions of the Barrier Free in the case of the guidance to blind skier. Measures are as follows,
1) Skiing grounds are not laid out for the disabled, the old, and the child. It needs to transform the grounds more kindly and useful for them.
2) As identification, something signs of the disabled and coach at skiing grounds inform other players. The sign would be improved more uniformly and become popular all over the world.
3) The disability is one of individualities. It is important for both the disabled and not that to enjoy skiing in the same ground. When the disabled sit a ski lift or are in trouble, saying a few words with a spirit of helpfulness become the Barrier Free of mind between the disabled and others.
